“… you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free”

John 8:32

God has put in our hearts to open the Revival Addiction Recovery Center almost 6 years ago. Our mission is to help people to overcome their addictions and help them meet the Only One, Who can change their lives. His name is Jesus. About 6 years ago we have purchased a farm property in Sturgeon Lake, MN. Throughout those years God has been transforming people’s lives in pure job and happiness.

Since 2014, our doors have been open to anyone caught in the snare of sin and addiction, who is wanting and willing to change their lives.

About US

It is a long-term in-patient COMPLETELY FREE program. We provide shelter, food, an escape from a seemingly worthless existence and a call to a fulfilling self-sustaining relationship with our maker. The main goal for guys is to examine their past, analyze their present, and apply the Biblical principles throughout their daily routine. Part of the program is physical work on the farm. We take care of the animals, maintain a greenhouse and an auto shop. Also, we are building a new house so we can help more people.

our program

1. Restoration

The initial 3 month period consists of a physical restoration that occurs when users are subjected to sobriety for the first time. If withdrawals are a concern, they are seen through during this time, being a drug free approach using natural detoxification methods. Once they are able, clients are expected to do light work during daylight hours to keep themselves busy and their minds free from negative thoughts. This also builds physical health and provides people with the opportunity to learn life skills.

2. Identification

The second stage is one of the most taxing and difficult to overcome. By this point the client feels physically and mentally healthy, having most of the aftereffects of addiction alleviated. Many mistake physical health for readiness to go back into the world, forgetting that addiction is simply a side effect of spiritual issues. By 3 months most have already repented, but the decision to turn away from their past and truly follow Christ must be made during this period. Some leave, but those with faith and willingness to allow God to work in their lives persevere.

3. Restoration

At 6-9 months, the client experiences a very busy and stressful, yet joyous time. The Lord shows each individual his shortcomings and these months are a chance address them. If initiative and progress is seen, he is trusted with more responsibilities and tested. This is integral to spiritual growth. It provides an incentive to continue by showing people what they are capable of when they live a life in Christ. By this time clients should be able to independently read and live the word of God and even lead group bible study.

4. Affirmation

During the final months the client goes through a final affirmation of the decisions and changes that have occurred. Good decision making and positive habits are cemented, and an adaptation period to living outside of the center begins. We want people who have completed the program to have confidence in the freedom they’ve received from God, as well as learn to serve the Lord and influence the people around them in a positive way.
